Stephanie Cheripka started her career over 20 years ago in the Human Resources field which progressed into a Management and Sales position. Stephanie says, “I quickly realized that connecting people with an employment opportunity was more than just giving them a new job, it was affording them the opportunity to change their lives and the lives of their families for the better”. Her experience in the staffing industry has provided her with the opportunity to change the lives of thousands by starting or advancing their careers, as well working closely with business owners and managers to increase the productivity and profitability of their companies for the short and long term.
In 2017, Stephanie joined Rhyne Financial and subsequently acquired her North Carolina Life Insurance License. As Client Services & Insurance Coordinator, Stephanie is responsible for managing the Insurance underwriting process, coordinating client meetings, handling client service needs, and ensuring the Rhyne Financial office runs smoothly.
She now looks forward to utilizing her customer relations skills and desire to affect people’s lives for the better, in this career, by providing Rhyne Financials’ clients with the opportunity to secure their life’s accomplishments and leave a legacy for those they love.
Stephanie and her husband Sean moved to North Carolina in 2014 and have chosen to reside in Lincolnton due to its “Near the City, Near the Mountains, Near Perfect” small town atmosphere.
